Vocal styles
Ranging from traditional classics; hymns and folk through to all types of popular 20th Century music and contemporary songs (However Rap, Heavy Metal, Heavy Opera and Thrash are not my styles).

Musical influences
From the day I was born I believe I became a musical sponge. I've always been influenced by whatever music I've heard, from Gregorian Chant to music of the present day. Good or bad : I absorb and embrace it all.
I tend to prefer particular songs rather than the general work of particular artists. I have a wide range of musical tastes and influences from Handel to Hymns; Music Halls to Musicals; The Beatles to Bad Cmpany; Stevie Wonder to Eric Clapton; Joni Mitchell to Madonna; Gerry Rafferty to James Morrison; Ella Fitzgerald to Lady gaga and the Andrew Sisters to the Sugababes - the list is endless.

Music career aspiration
"I'd love to sing with one of my many favourite artists especially Paul Rogers or Gerry Rafferty.
I'd also like to make a sound recording in a a well equipped studio. I'd like to introduce teens and twenties to songs they haven't come across before. I want to continue to sing for pleasure, stimulation, joy and emotional release both on my own and with other people."
