SING FOR FUN - KIDS

Children can start singing at an early age: often when they are learning to talk. However singing coach Dee prefers to teach children of an age where they can read as at this time they are developing their finer skills and can more easily understand the singing techniques.
Music can play an important role in a child's development and learning to play an instrument whether it be the piano or singing (the voice is also an instrument) will help children express themselves as well as helping to develop their confidence and improve their strength and clarity of speech too.

At The Undiscovered Stars we believe that children enjoy singing and learning new songs and performing them too. Just like the adults we teach we ensure that children have the chance to perform in our shows.

Dee has enhanced CRB clearance covering her to work in schools and as a private tutor.

Speech and voice
As well as lessons within the singing school Dee is offering workshops and one-to-one tuition. Dee also works with the voice in a number of other ways where she introduces individual and group sessions on voice techniques for public speakers, teachers and actors.

These are classes for children and adults who would benefit from developing the way they use their speaking voice. The classes will build confidence and expertise using a variety of exercises. Students will work with prose, poetry and speeches to develop their abilities as speakers.
