Showcase

Many students who feel confident enough gain valuable experience by taking part in live performances.
Audiences comprising of family & friends help to ease the fear of earlier shows.

All students also have the opportunity to purchase recorded CDs of their live performance as well as recording Demo CDs with Nick, an experienced sound engineer.

Demo Recordings can either go towards their portfolios or are just to keep. All of these extras are organized by the staff at The Undiscovered Stars Academy.

The Undiscovered Stars Academy believes in providing many performance experiences for its students - there will usually be three performances a year. All students are given the opportunity to take lead / solo roles during the course of the year. This is carefully monitored to ensure everyone has equal opportunities. However, this is done in consultation with the student to avoid pushing. The emphasis is on encouraging all students, both children and adults, to fulfill their own potential. Students with particular aptitude can audition for additional performances held once a year in larger venues.
