Play an active role in” The Undiscovered Stars Workshop” whether it be a solo performance or group singing . All are guaranteed to have lots of fun as well as learning those all-important techniques and disciplines that will steer you to a rewarding & personal achievement.

Dee believes we can all sing but some of us don’t sing the songs that suit our vocal range. After all a Mini cannot fulfil a Ferrari performance but it can be equally as useful as a vessel to transport us from A to B. Our voices play a similar role.

Dee’s workshops in Bedfordshire have produced some great future stars. Some have gone on to Musical theatre, others to join bands and some are pursuing a pop career. Others just thoroughly enjoyed the workshops and used some of the learning in everyday life.

Dee’s workshops are not age restrictive but are separated into appropriate age groups. Our workshops are for children and adults, and while some are focussed on a possible future in the profession, others are for fun and personal development.

The Undiscovered Stars Academy believes in providing many performance experiences for its students and there will usually be three performances a year. All students in any class or workshop are given the opportunity to take lead /solo roles during the course of the year. This is carefully monitored by Dee to ensure everyone has equal opportunities. However, this is done in consultation with the student to avoid pushing. The emphasis is on encouraging all students, children and adults, to fulfil their own potential. Students with particular aptitude can audition for additional performances held once a year in larger venues.

As well as teaching singing Dee coaches management groups in large companies to improve their speech performance at seminars & presentations. She also assists in people with speech impediments or vocal difficulties.

There is a Fee of £10.00 for a 1 and a half hour group lesson for adults 16+, £8.00 for a 1 and half hour lesson for 12-15 year old & £6.00 for a 1 hour group lesson for children 6-12 years old
